Individual Counseling for Adolescents and Adults

Erin specializes in providing individual counseling for adolescents and adults, helping them work through anxiety and life transitions with a focus on self-discovery and personal growth. By creating a supportive and non-judgmental space, she encourages clients to navigate toward finding their identities in ways that align with their strengths and values, ultimately fostering a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. Erin has a deep passion for working with adolescents as they face the challenges of growing up by helping them process and manage the various stressors that come with academic, social, and personal changes. Through a collaborative and strengths-based approach, she aims to equip clients with the tools and confidence they need to move forward with resilience and self-awareness.

Erin utilizes the intervention of re-authoring one’s story, a technique rooted in Narrative therapy, to help clients reshape their personal narratives in a way that fosters empowerment and growth. By guiding clients to explore and reinterpret the stories they tell about themselves, she helps them identify limiting beliefs and patterns that may be holding them back. Through this process, Erin supports clients in recognizing their strengths, values, and resilience, allowing them to construct a more positive and authentic self-narrative. This approach encourages individuals to view their experiences from a new perspective, enabling them to move forward with greater confidence and clarity in their personal journeys.
